Issue Summary

The event type booking question tab has two UI bugs

1. Extra scroll bar appears when selecting Input Type to Checkbox .
2. Space required in Multi Select option instead of MultiSelect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Booking question in event types advanced tab and notice the bug.
