Currently, only a single Round Robin group is supported. We want to support multiple Round Robin groups. For each group, one host should be selected via the RR algorithm. A host can only belong to one group.

Support routing logic can be skipped in v1 if it's too complex.

UI:

• For the new group, duplicate UI for RR hosts
• 'Delete Group' button
