Currently, #83 is blocked because of a bug in msbuild. The issue has been fixed in .NET 6 rc2.
If we enable building on .NET 6 rc2, #83 can be merged.

The solution to this is probably very similar to https://github.com/cake-contrib/Cake.ExtendedNuGet/pull/96/files
