The error I got told me to submit a bug report with this screenshot. The notification area was suddenly not showing all the icons it was supposed to, so I tried to disable the notification area with hopes that it would show correctly after re-enabling it. It prompted me to restart Cairo Desktop. Upon restart it threw this error. Now, I cannot start Cairo using any method. Even after several Uninstalls/Reinstalls it throws the same error.
