It's a bit awkward until WASI 0.3, but it does work

Run proxy:

cargo build -p hello-component-tcp-proxy --target wasm32-wasip1 --release
wrpc-wasmtime tcp serve --export '[::1]:7762' ./target/wasm32-wasip1/release/hello_component_tcp_proxy.wasm

Run native server:

cargo run -p hello-tcp-server

Invoke native server via proxy:

cargo run -p hello-tcp-client [::1]:7762
