The Resolve type doesn't seem to have a suitable function to resolve such a folder: https://github.com/WebAssembly/WASI/tree/main/preview2.

Directly parsing the directory of a single package will result in a type not found error.

Renaming it to deps can parse all packages but does not seem to be a reasonable use of this function.
