rumqttc | Update docs | rustls TLS connection to a bare IP address #618
Description
Since the issue rustls/rustls#184 has been resolved, rustls can establish a TLS connection to a bare IP address with a self-signed certificate.
We should update the README (also tests ?) and remove the (now invalid) disclaimer.
