This allows external modules to log messages to Siesta’s log. It also adds some conveniences for the predefined log category groups & cleans up the top-level namespace a bit.
This is mostly preparatory work for the FileCache landing in a future release, but the ability to say
SiestaLog.Category.enabled = .commonis nice enough that I’m landing this work as a separate PR.
