update several spack configuration files to comply with new spack version. add new compilers.yaml The modules.yaml file needed change due to change in configuration format. The path to generated modules will now be sourced in spack_setup.sh script that will be sourced at startup

… tutorial-examples. The auto-generated examples for compilers directory is now removed since its no longer supported
