What do I need to do to get script-server to run for the first time?

I see the message Server is running on: http://0.0.0.0:5000 and navigate to my server's IP address. My server is hosted on a DigitalOcean droplet. When I go to my server's IP address:5000, my connection just times out. Anything I might have missed?

I'm a server admin newbie, so I appreciate any advice!
