- feed items without URL are possible and should not lead to NPE - feeds without URL should not lead to NPE as well - add missing link MIME type, so that the floating open button shows The first two items should fix (the biggest part of?) bubelov#172. The third item should fix the main problem in bubelov#170 (maybe a reimport will be needed?).

The first two items should fix (the biggest part of?) #172. The third item should fix the main problem in #170 (maybe a reimport will be needed?).
