For maximum utility, perhaps after other implementations also remove this requirement, it would be ideal for the receiver to ensure UTXO information from the sender is included in the response |

Whoops, ignore the suggestion in my prior message. There is no need for the receiver to return that information, and the sender probably shouldn't trust it. The BIP 78 change was merely a way to comply with BIP 174 to the letter. |
