Modified plugin manager layout to have a larger view on plugins description. I changed the values according to changes I tried out in Resource Hacker. Some additional tweaking might be necessary... not sure what the margins inside #ifdef blocks do, I didn't change those.

Modified plugin manager layout to have a larger view on plugins description. I changed the values according to changes I tried out first using Resource Hacker. Some additional tweaking might be necessary (specifically, I'm not sure what the margins inside #ifdef blocks do, I didn't change those).
