Add multi browser support exluding CDP connection according to https://fxdx.dev/deprecating-cdp-support-in-firefox-embracing-the-future-with-webdriver-bidi/. This could be adapted at some point in case it's needed.

All credits to @alimasri, I replicated most of the code he had already added to a previous PR (#718) but found that PR was not active since two weeks.
