Has now fix yml file so it are more logic, So recommend when install this version. Update the yml file, it will not work if you not uppdate it, see RepaircostConfig.yml if you don´t want to reset the yml file and want add changes manually.

And for now has tools and wapons same placeholder (if as request to split it up I can do that too or change name on tool in that placeholder).

Will look on use hashmap, it can fix the issue when you need reload papi two times when generate yml file first time.

Some cleanup and fixes in the code. Will fix more issues.

This is first testversion of this expansion.

Tested and work on 1.16, should work on older versions, but not tested yet.
