Correct behaviour of VDU 30 (Home cursor) and VDU 28 (set text viewport).
Happy to receive any feedback. Would be great if they could be pulled as my port of MicroEMACS depends on the fixes (well, at least VDU 28 - I'm using VDU 31 0 0 instead of VDU 30 for the time being.
