Describe the bug
A minor quibble when first running OneDriveGUI. The login dialogue says: "1)Login to OneDrive... 2)Copy the response URL... and 3)Press Save". I don't believe that there is a Save button. The button on the dialogue box is labelled "Login".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open OneDriveGUI by double-clicking on the Appimage file.
2. Select Create OneDrive profile
3. Copy the response URL into the data field
4. The "Save" button is labelled "Login"
   .
   Expected behavior
   Expected the button in the dialogue box to be labelled "Save" (or the instructions to say Press Login)
