Github api could be leveraged to perform bomctls i/o subcommands like fetch and push. Our users will mainly be using github/gitlab and should be given proper support.

There is also additional dependency list support from the github api, can import an sbom for a project via the api and allows for uploading an sbom to add to a projects dependency list
