Rationale
scripts changed a lot in bsc-genesis-contracts
this PR adapt for it to rework truffle test
but even install
forgesuccessfully, when you run it , it report errorNo sunch file or directory, it's strange.so this PR avoid to install forge and prepare keystore and genesis.json ahead
