Rationale

Currenct version of prysm the project is using is outdated, namely
github.com/prysmaticlabs/prysm/v5 is v5.0.3 , dated april 2024 more than one year old.

It also makes dependencies on other outdated libraries, which prevent you from using more recent versions

Implementation

update github.com/prysmaticlabs/prysm/v5 to more recent stable version
