BEP-2 Proposal describes a common set of rules for correct token/cryptocurrency swap from another blockchain to Binance Chain

4. Motivation
New assets can be issued on Binance Chain or come from another blockchains. During a swap, users are forced to use additional human-controlled centralized systems (issuer) for get his assets on binance chain instead old. It threats to reverse the important gains of decentralization.
