Based on #229 changed openNextFile to getNextFileName for speed.
Also did this in webInterface but since it needs to open the file anyway to get the size it makes only a small difference.
Small fix to the javascript for the WebUI to prevent double /'s being added to path.
Listing a folder with 100 files is now instant vs 2-3 seconds when browsing on the device.
