- Added partial order parent ids to orders for tracking the partial order chain. - Added partial order original amounts to order details to track amounts for reposted partial orders. - New rpc/cli call dxGetMyPartialOrderChain. This will return all orders in a partial order chain. - New rpc/cli call dxPartialOrderChainDetails that returns detailed information about a partial order chain.
- Show proper original amounts - Show exact orders that are children of partial orders
