Chain maintenance release with fresh daemon and GUI wallets for linux and windows

Added -sendchangetoaddress RPC command — sends change outputs each time to the same (own) address.
New blockchain checkpoints.
Updated NS seeds to actual.
Fix build of old source code on newer platforms (tested on Debian 11–13).
Build with new libs for security (openssl etc)

• Extended protection for community pools added as malicious miner do not want to follow the same mining rules as other trusted miners do.
• New checkpoint
• Protocol version increased for DNS seed.

Community plan (chain fork) with validated pools list to decrease sell pressure, protect candy from attackers and quick profit seekers. More info at Candy discord and telegram.

Mandatory node upgrade.

If you are upgrading from previous version better to do this steps:

1. delete "peers.dat" from Candy data folder before new daemon start.
2. create backup of current chainstate (if you have free space for it)

Checkpoints, actual NS seeds, minor changes. Not mandatory update.
