Now defaults to adding "inquisition" as a uacomment, unless the user specifies their own uacomment. Use -nouacomment to disable.

Wow, apparently even expecting cirrus ci to run the lint job was too optimistic? |
For some reason cirrus's /tmp permissions are set to only allow write access by the root user, causing apt-get to fail.
