Looks like the first run passed, but it took more than 2 hours: https://travis-ci.org/github/bitcoin/bitcoin/jobs/703160129 Seems odd, but something to investigate later. |

feature_block.pyis being run in the tsan job, i.e here, even though it should be excluded. My hasty assumption is that this will fix it. In any case, all other instances ofTEST_RUNNER_EXTRAseem to have moved out of.travis.ymland into the different CI configurations.
