FWIW, the INCF Neuroimaging Task Force no longer exists, and was effectively replaced by a number of other INCF mechanisms. IMHO the right thing is to simply have no link, but write it out in full as “INCF Neuroimaging Task Force“. If you want a link, link INCF to their home page.

The best would of course be a link to a place where it says that this task force does no longer exist ... but from when until when it did exist and what it did.
