For all links leading to external pages, can you please add {:target="_blank"} after the link?

I think this table should rather be an unordered list. and the table header can be deleted (it's already the subsection heading on line 24)

thank you for the feedback @sappelhoff ! I have incorporated your comments. I had a discussion point regarding formatting the action items in bullet point vs table. I found formatting as a table makes it easier for users to scroll through and quickly see what we are working on within the next cycle. This ease is observed because of the visual difference on the screen between the full executive summary narrative and the minutes list |
