To facilitate citation, we should auto-generate Zenodo DOIs for each spec, with author list extracted from the contributors list in the docs.
edit by @sappelhoff 2020-05-06: PDF versions of the BIDS spec are now stored on zenodo: https://zenodo.org/record/3720628 ... we still have to adjust the metadata on Zenodo to properly acknowledge contributors.
