Bug description

betterlockscreen should detect config file at ~/.config/betterlockscreen/betterlockscreenrc according to the README.md. It loads a config file at ~/.config/betterlockscreenrc. Found the location from betterlockscreenrc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy example config file to the location provided
2. Edit the config file
3. Launch betterlockscreen
4. No config loaded
