Bug description

The help for the --off switch says "Turn display off after N minutes", but in reality, the unit is in seconds.

I would say rather update the help for the switch, because seconds are much more practical in this context.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run betterlockscreen -l --off 1
  2. The screen locks in 1 second (instead of expected 1 minute)
