Initial pre-release.

• Many elderly display examples are not updated since the code has evolved.
• The class instantiation and the begin() methods have gone through a few thought cycles.
• Lately, the EEPROM methods have been added but still need some tuning.

The significant addition still lacking is the web server interface to be able to set various parameters without the need to be connected via Arduino IDE and recompiling the sketches.
