The default workflow may not be changed - does this mean that it may not be moved to another place? If yes, this PR solves the problem, the default worklow remains on place 1. If no, the problem has to be solved in another way because ordering does not include the default workflow into the ordering array. |

The default workflow may not be moved. As it is protected agains changes this makes impossible to order other workflows.
