This is a subject for the `DefaultInfo` provider. Normally accessing its information is done through TargetSubject, however, if an object has a direct reference to DefaultInfo instance, then there isn't a target directly associated with it. Such a situation can occur when using toolchain info forwarding rules (e.g. :current_foo_toolchain). Fixes bazelbuild#52
