What type of PR is this?

Bug fix

What does this PR do? Why is it needed?

Since --warning-suppression-mappings points to a file path, it doesn't work with the additional sandboxing go introduces. This change adds the flag to cgoAbsEnvFlags to allow it to work during cgo compilation.

Summary of Changes

Hello @armandomontanez, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request addresses a bug preventing the --warning-suppression-mappings flag from functioning correctly during cgo compilation within a sandboxed Go environment. By explicitly including this flag in the list of cgo environment flags that require absolute path resolution, the system can now properly locate and utilize the specified warning suppression mapping files.

Highlights

  • CGO Compilation Fix: The --warning-suppression-mappings flag has been added to the cgoAbsEnvFlags list in go/tools/builders/env.go. This ensures that the flag, which points to a file path, is correctly handled with absolute paths during cgo compilation, resolving an issue with Go's sandboxing.

Code Review

This pull request adds the --warning-suppression-mappings flag to the cgoAbsEnvFlags slice. This is a necessary bug fix to ensure that file paths used with this flag are correctly absolutized during cgo compilation, especially within sandboxed environments. The change is correct and directly addresses the issue described. I've added one minor suggestion to improve code maintainability.
