Currently, DanaKit (and MedtrumKit) does not consider the duration of a temp basal.

Meaning, if a user loses ble connection through the night and reconnects several hours later. The temp basal endtime always gets recorded as Date.now, while the duration might be much lower.

This needs to be fixed
