One remark on a debug message, otherwise looks good.
The test runs successful on my Fedora 33.

This commit changes the copy and migration job behaviour regarding Archive Jobs. Archive Jobs are now taken into account when copying jobs via Selection Type PoolUncopiedJobs and SQLQuery.
