The Droplet backend has a known bug that requires setting Maximum Concurrent Jobs = 1. This is already enforced by the SD. This patch adds a limitation admonition to the documentation for the Droplet backend describing this limitation.
Previously the documentation on the SD's Maximum Block Size setting only contained a simple warning. This patch improves the warning, describes what basic concerns to address and includes a limitation admonition that describes this setting as discouraged and unsupported for everything that is not a tape device.

This PR improves the description of the limits in which droplet backend and max block size operate safely.
