This test encrypts and signs the backup data during backup. On restore, the data is decrypted and the signature is verified. Also added backup-bareos-encrypt-signature-test-with-tls-cert which does the same but uses tls-cert encryption.

wouldn't it be smarter if the certificate material was generated during the run of cmake?
The ones we have here will expire eventually.
