a new checkbox is present in the label barcodes function which when activated will activate "label encrypt" for the volumes. Fix bareos/internal#403 Signed-off-by: Bruno Friedmann <bruno.friedmann@bareos.com>

No tests exist for label, so we didn't extend them.
