Add the full history of the branch to CHANGELOG.md.
This includes all previous major releases, but not the minor ones (as there are not in this branch's history)

Resolves bareos/internal#484 (for this branch)

Plugin 'fix copyright year' would modify 'docs/manuals/source/conf.py'
