Good to have a new update chapter.
Can you please squash the update chapter commits? Than I can do the merge.

The new release policy is that community packages are published to https://download.bareos.org/current and https://download.bareos.org/next The subscripton packages are continued published at https://download.bareos.org/bareos/release/*/

This PR renew the update chapter by adding some sections and improving the others.
