Steps to reproduce

1. Install a fresh slick Windows 2016 up to 2025 server core or desktop
2. Don't add any additional software
3. Install Bareos Windows Native build selecting only bareos-fd
4. The installation never finish
5. No messages of any sort are found
6. No error crash are logged

Expected results

Have bareos-fd installed and service successfully created and running.

Actual results

If you have a Desktop Experience windows, trying to run manually bareos-fd from the explorer can give you a clue

This does not work when you try to start it via cmd/powershell.
Needs to be done by gui

Environment

- OS: `Windows Server Core 2025`
- component:

VCRUN140.dll need to be present

Bareos installer should either propose to download the missing vcc runtime
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

or do it by itself.
