It is hard to explain and understand from a human perspective that Maximum Concurrent Jobs doesn't mean the same when it is used in FD or SD resource compared to DIR.
For DIR a status command is never counted as a job, while it is in FD and SD.
This is unnecessary complicated.
In FD and SD this resource should be set to a high number (1000 seems not that bad in 2024), this would simplify the documentation and understanding for newcomer.
The resource would be limited by the DIR definition which allow changes without restarting any daemons.
PS: beside the code, documentation has to be adapted
