Hi!

I once again done stupidity with Arch.

I found that this Arch distro (CachyOS) didn't have udev rules added.
So a suggestion is to download udev rules from AUR that makes your software work great :)

What Arch user need to do in a console: sudo pacman -Syu android-udev

Just a suggestion! It works great after the udev rule.
