Filtering by client in Job report does not seem to pass validation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Jobs / Reports
2. On the left, change Client from "Any" to any Bacula client
3. Click on Apply

Expected behavior
List of Bacula jobs of the selected client.
