Could not find plugin "syntax-json-strings" in REPL #2046
Description
Seems that it's a problem with preset-env and modern targets like node@12 or latest chrome.
I see this error on the bottom of REPL:
[BABEL] /repl: Could not find plugin "syntax-json-strings".
Ensure there is an entry in ./available-plugins.js for it. (While processing: "base$0")
