Minor updates to the README for additional clarity
Update aws-cdk/aws-lambda-python-alpha to latest version to resolve aws/aws-cdk#21867
Note this version requires jsii 1.69.0+, which is good because it also should avoid / resolve aws/aws-cdk#21902
