Description of changes:
We'll be changing the implementation of
aws-kms-tls-authto use HMAC based PSK derivation. This is relatively little overlap with the GDK approach, so I'm just deleting those files to make the upcoming PR's cleaner.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
