This PR is to support usage of CodeConnections as Source step for PDK Pipeline. A new PDKPipelineWithCodeConnection construct is extended from the existing PDKPipeline to avoid change of the existing props.
The change has been tested in consumer app for scenarios: 1) Existing users with PDK Pipeline using CodeCommit as source - No Change required; 2) New customers using CodeConnections as source.
